Club Player Casino - Over 2 Month Delay to Complete Bitcoin Withdrawal

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $2500 on Oct 30, 2020. After waiting than 30 days (early december, 2020) I received a partial payment of ~$1375. 

The remaining amount due to me is: $1,125

The final $1,125 was supposed to be sent the following week, but it did not arrive and I have been waiting patiently and asking for updates 1-2 times a week since then.

Support is friendly, but they just keep asking me to wait longer and the payment never comes.

I understand that some casinos have a longer time to withdrawal, but there is never a reason it should take more than 2 months like it has for me.
