No approval of my 775usd withdrawal

I submitted a withdrawal request for $775 on 5/1. My request has still not been approved. I have chatted with the casino twice and was told my request would be escalated. It is past the timeframe that withdrawals are required to be approved. Still, no action has been taken by the casino. The last time I chatted with the casino, all I was told was it was being handled by the relevant department.
