Never received payment

Over a year ago I requested 2 withdrawals that equalled $900. I didnt receive the withdrawals so I started live chatting with the agents about it. They told me they sent the bitcoin that I requested and gave me a link with a bitcoin address https:­//w­ww.b­lo­ckc­hai­n.c­om/­btc­/ad­dre­ss/­1N1­HcN­GVo­C7R­FeN­GcL­rga­uVu­u9r­aaB­H7HQ. I didnt recognize the bitcoin address. I don't memorise every address I use but everytime I've used cash apps btc address it has always started with bc and cash apps address was the one I copy and pasted to the withdrawal. So I questioned the address right away. I told them that my address started with a bc and they just said they used the address that I gave them. I had no way to prove that wasn't my address and I wasn't sure if I had given them that address or not at this point so I didnt push the issue too hard. Instead I started talking with cash app telling them that they should have received a btc payment for me. They said they hadn't so I asked them to look up what my btc address was around the time that club player had sent the withdrawal. They would never give me a straight answer just say if they sent it it would be in your account, even if the address had changed, like they always do. The first six months I spent messaging club player casino (CPC). The next 6 months I spent messaging cash app. I could never get a straight answer out of either company. But a week ago I decided to give it another try except this time I ask them to see the withdrawal request that I filled out instead of the receipt that they filled out. When I asked for that they said that two transactions were sent to my account on 1/27/22 one for $100 and the other for $800. Then the agent went on to say that they sent it to address; bc1qt3­f86­9g9­m3h­9tu­jyv­2av­nne­g55­aae­sum­vpaf53. I finally had the proof that these guys sent my money to the wrong address because the address he just showed me was the actual address I gave them only they never sent any funds to it. I quickly told him that they sent my funds to the wrong address and he admitted that they did after I showed him my screenshots. He asked me for an updated address and I gave him one thinking I was gonna finally get paid. Now when I msg CBC they have no idea that my funds were sent to the wrong address and I have to try and convince each one of them that they did send it to the wrong address. I emailed the payments department and they ignore my screenshots and just tell me that they paid me already sent to an address that I gave them. I've been arguing with these people for so long I'm sick of it. Here are the screenshots to prove my story.

While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

I'm at a complete loss as to why you've issued this complaint...

You provided the crypto address which we sent the payments to. In live chat, you admitted that you were able to see the payments in the blockchain. The issue was on YOUR end--not on ours.

Once we initiate payments on our end, there is no way to pull these back. The only time we would re-issue a payment would be if there was some fault on our side...which CLEARLY there was not.

Further, I find it suspect that you would be issuing a complaint more than a year after all this occurred.

There is nothing what so ever to be entertained in this complaint. I have forwarded all of the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
