Never received payment
Over a year ago I requested 2 withdrawals that equalled $900. I didnt receive the withdrawals so I started live chatting with the agents about it. They told me they sent the bitcoin that I requested and gave me a link with a bitcoin address https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1N1HcNGVoC7RFeNGcLrgauVuu9raaBH7HQ. I didnt recognize the bitcoin address. I don't memorise every address I use but everytime I've used cash apps btc address it has always started with bc and cash apps address was the one I copy and pasted to the withdrawal. So I questioned the address right away. I told them that my address started with a bc and they just said they used the address that I gave them. I had no way to prove that wasn't my address and I wasn't sure if I had given them that address or not at this point so I didnt push the issue too hard. Instead I started talking with cash app telling them that they should have received a btc payment for me. They said they hadn't so I asked them to look up what my btc address was around the time that club player had sent the withdrawal. They would never give me a straight answer just say if they sent it it would be in your account, even if the address had changed, like they always do. The first six months I spent messaging club player casino (CPC). The next 6 months I spent messaging cash app. I could never get a straight answer out of either company. But a week ago I decided to give it another try except this time I ask them to see the withdrawal request that I filled out instead of the receipt that they filled out. When I asked for that they said that two transactions were sent to my account on 1/27/22 one for $100 and the other for $800. Then the agent went on to say that they sent it to address; bc1qt3f869g9m3h9tujyv2avnneg55aaesumvpaf53. I finally had the proof that these guys sent my money to the wrong address because the address he just showed me was the actual address I gave them only they never sent any funds to it. I quickly told him that they sent my funds to the wrong address and he admitted that they did after I showed him my screenshots. He asked me for an updated address and I gave him one thinking I was gonna finally get paid. Now when I msg CBC they have no idea that my funds were sent to the wrong address and I have to try and convince each one of them that they did send it to the wrong address. I emailed the payments department and they ignore my screenshots and just tell me that they paid me already sent to an address that I gave them. I've been arguing with these people for so long I'm sick of it. Here are the screenshots to prove my story.
