Never ending withdrawal process
After having 2 different withdrawals declined I FINALLY got my 3rd withdrawal request, which was submitted on 7/14/20, approved on 7/22/20. My withdrawal request was for $2,500. Apparently I missed the part that they would take $149 as a manager withdrawal fee & an additional $40 processing fee. Funny how I couldn't find that information anywhere but when speaking with a rep via online chat I was provided that information. I have been told that my check was SENT TO ME via FedEx on 7/29/20. However, per an email received from the payment department, today on 8/11/20, in broken English, it would be another week before they could provide me with a tracking number. Mind you, I was told the same thing in July. I'm so frustrated. I truly like Club Player's games, but it's hard to want to play when you can't get paid. Super easy for them to take your money but it seems impossible to collect any winnings.
