My withdrawals please help me for approval


It has been over 16 days since my withdrawals were submitted they are not even approved. They haven't even been looked at. They were supposed to have seven days to approve it. Every time I go into a chat which I have copies of it. They tell me when I like to escalate it and asked me to resend all my information and I have done it five times now just had another chat with them again and they're asking me the same question if I want it escalated and then in a couple of days they might have an answer for me this goes on and on and on every time I do, I've asked to speak to a manager. Several times will not let me speak to a manager now one of my withdrawals has been cancelled without my approval and they were saying that I did it and I believe that I'm gonna lose that money that was been cancelled. This is a $7500 withdrawal and I believe that they are trying to keep my money.
