Hi,

I really enjoy playing at Clup Player casino. I've spent a chunk of change there. Today I am filing complaints about 5 pending Withdrawals. I hate to file a complaint, as they have paid me for past wins but I've been waiting over a month to get request approved and paid. For the past 5 weeks I'm spending more time trying to get paid than I am gambling. 

My complaint with Club Player covers 5 withdrawal request they are all late being approved and paid. I've did all I can to get these request escalated. But my efforts are unrewarded. I don't know what the problem is. I've chatted, phoned and emailed everyone from support to vip accounts manager. all my docs are verified as well as my crypto address. Please keep my attachments private as they include my identifying info, my withdrawal reference numbers, emails and chats. 

2 of My withdrawal request are from 6/12/21. One for $2500.00 one for $100.64 one is from 6/21/21 for $625.85, and two are from 7/15/21 for $2500.00 each. The 5 request total $8226.49 I pay on time to play, and want them to pay me in a timely manner when I win. 

All of these withdrawals are from deposit/bonus promotions. I'm needing Askgamblers to assist me in receiving all my winnings as quickly as possible. 

I would I like to continue playing at this casino. I understand that at times there are delays, iI that recent economic developments hurt everybody, but I need my money and i've been patient but have decided that I've waited long enough, please stop delaying and please just pay me now. And lets meet at the club again in the near future..
