I never received my $100


Played a bonus they offered me and deposited into my account for several hours and met their huge playthrough. Cashed out successfully and they asked me to make a BTC deposit so they could verify my Bitcoin wallet. I did that and they said VERIFIED. I withdrew per their instructions $100+the $15 deposit amount. They immediate sent the $15 to my wallet and approved the other $100. Never received the other $100. I chatted with them and they said I had two accounts and my $100 was denied. I checked and I only have one account. I’m very upset and disappointed with the casino. I was really enjoying the casino and intend to play them in the future if they resolve this.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Club Player Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. Hello, I’m not aware that I have another account with this casino. A bonus was deposited into my account by the casino (they put it in) I played for several hours and finally worked through their huge playthrough requirements. During the process of working with Ask Gamblers, they have just deposited another $100 bonus into my account! Do they really expect me to play that too? This casino is deceptive and /or unorganized. My account is approved and verified. See pics. I still expect the $100 payment to be sent to my BTC address. Sincerely, Dennis

The reason your withdrawal was denied is because our Fraud Team has found multiple accounts (with another one of our casinos), and inconsistent personal information going across our network of casinos. All this would be against our terms and conditions:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and your Bitcoin verification deposit has already been refunded to your wallet.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
