Played a bonus they offered me and deposited into my account for several hours and met their huge playthrough. Cashed out successfully and they asked me to make a BTC deposit so they could verify my Bitcoin wallet. I did that and they said VERIFIED. I withdrew per their instructions $100+the $15 deposit amount. They immediate sent the $15 to my wallet and approved the other $100. Never received the other $100. I chatted with them and they said I had two accounts and my $100 was denied. I checked and I only have one account. I’m very upset and disappointed with the casino. I was really enjoying the casino and intend to play them in the future if they resolve this.

Hello, I’m not aware that I have another account with this casino. A bonus was deposited into my account by the casino (they put it in) I played for several hours and finally worked through their huge playthrough requirements. During the process of working with Ask Gamblers, they have just deposited another $100 bonus into my account! Do they really expect me to play that too? This casino is deceptive and /or unorganized. My account is approved and verified. See pics. I still expect the $100 payment to be sent to my BTC address. Sincerely, Dennis

The reason your withdrawal was denied is because our Fraud Team has found multiple accounts (with another one of our casinos), and inconsistent personal information going across our network of casinos. All this would be against our terms and conditions:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and your Bitcoin verification deposit has already been refunded to your wallet.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Slow withdrawal payments once again

On 2/5/26, a withdrawal request for $2500 was submitted to Club Player Casino. On 2/6/26, 5 more withdrawal requests for $2500 each were submitted to the casino. In total, $12,500 in winning have been requested. Today, 18 days have passed since the first request and 17 days for the other requests and no funds have yet been received.

On Friday, a chat was made to casino support. During this contact, the first request was escalated and I was told that there would be a response within 72 hours. At the time, a request to escalate the other five withdrawals was also made. A response was given that each request would be addressed individually once an earlier request was handled.

Today, 2/23/26, an email was received stating that a payment of $2500 would be made within 7 to 10 business days. This seems like a long time to wait for payment, and at the rate that things are proceeding, it will be several months before all withdrawals will be received. It it my understanding that the casino allows withdrawals of $5000 per week and crypto requests are made more quickly.

Slow withdrawal payment

I have been having a hard time receiving my requested withdrawal from Club Player Casino.

On 12/18/25, a withdrawal request was made for $1000. A week later, an inquiry was made to customer support and their response said that payment was scheduled for the following week. On 1/2/26, payment still had not been received, so customer support was again contacted. The agent told me that the withdrawal would be expedited. On Monday 1/5/26, an email was received stating that payment would be received in 7 to 10 business days. Today (1/16/26) is the 10th business day and payment has yet to be received. Again customer support was contacted and I was unable to receive a response informing when payment would be received other than in 7 to 10 business days.

Thank you in advance for any assistance that Ask Gamblers can provide in this matter, I'd like to get this resolved quickly since I have another withdrawal of $1100 that has been pening since 12/29/25 and hope that I won't have to wait a month to receive this payment.

My name is < full name removed >. I recently won $5,000 on this platform but have been unable to withdraw my winnings. I’m only offered one withdrawal method—crypto—even though I have a working crypto wallet. Despite this, the site still won’t send the funds to my account. I’m extremely frustrated. I refuse to make another deposit if they’re going to block my withdrawals. I’ve tried to contact support multiple times with no response. The live chat doesn’t load, and emails seem to go nowhere. It’s unfair that they offer multiple deposit methods, yet restrict withdrawals to only one option that doesn't even work. I should be allowed to withdraw using the same method I used to deposit. This kind of behavior feels deceptive, possibly illegal, and absolutely unethical. Casinos should not be allowed to withhold winnings from players. I just want the $5,000 I rightfully won. January 2, I won 10K. I split the payments up into 4 payments of $2500. They said it would take seven business days to process it for approval was approved. I received emails on all three that were approved. I check every other day and they still tell me the same thing and now I try to login and it says not authorized in my country. Club Player owes 390 USD since Oct 11th

Hi,

I have a withdrawal for 390$ from Club Player that was requested on Oct 11th.

It was approved and has now been over ten business days since approval.

When I ask live chat they just say they will escalate it and to wait more days.

I hate having to come here and file complaints but I hate when casinos don't follow their own terms more.

Club player paid me $2500 in a coindraw. $2160.25 is late on both approval and payment, I am requesting askgamblers to please mediate this case for me until I receive the $2160.25.

I had won 400.00$ through them and after the fees and that I had 298.00$ I had won. I made deposit of 30$ like they said and the manager sent me an email stating approved and money on its way. I have yet to receive it. They told me my 30$ didnt go through so I have sent 3 emails to financial department with proof and will not respond back.

It has been 15 days since I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000. I keep getting told that it is being escalated but nothing ever changes. I’ve had 6-7 different people “escalate” this withdrawal. No change still. Terms say all withdrawal are reviewed and approved or denied within 7-10 business day. After it’s approved then you have to wait another 7-10 business days to receive the payout. Ridiculous. Can someone help me to get Club Player Casino to approve my payout? Seems like they are just playin games at this point.

Won't pay me my win 330 USD

On March 24th, 2024 I won, and after the requirements were met and everything else I had $330 which was withdrawable.

So I requested a withdrawal on 3-24-24 and after excuse after excuse finally, on April 08th they denied the withdrawal because they said they needed some mail such as a bill for address verification, which I had already all verified but I sent them in any way as requested,

Well on April 10th I wrote in on chat to see what was taking so long and they pretty much made me take a free chip " while I wait for my $330 withdrawal".

Anyway, I requested my withdrawal again for $330 on April 11th and finally after more excuses and excuses tonight April 25th my withdrawal was denied and they took all my money too! They're saying I mixed funds - because I took that free chip - but that's bull because my $330 was pending in withdrawal and never mixed with the free chip cause I never won anything on it and played it all off, while the $330 was pending in withdrawal.

So they could have never been mixed together anyway, just another excuse not to pay me my $330 and now they won't let me talk to a manager or anything in chat and just keep closing the chat
