Giving me the run around regarding withdrawal
On March 19 at 4:26:50 AM I submitted a withdrawal request. The website's policy states approximately 7 days to approve a request to withdraw. I contacted them on day 7 or 8 to see what was wrong, I was then told 7-10 BUSINESS days, so to contact them on the 11th day.
I contacted them on the 11th day, I was told that it would be escalated and to check back after 3 days. I checked back that weekend, and was told that they meant 3 business days, so I contacted after 3 business days and was told that my concern would be escalated, etc.
I did this process at least 3 additional times now, probably closer to 5, but I have still not received any substantive updates, nor have I received my payout. I've had supervisors claim that the issue was both "escalated" and "prioritized" and then I was told to contact back after x number of days, I did so, and, again, was told the same thing and to contact them back after x days.
All I want is my withdrawal processed and paid to me as I'm owed.
