Doesn’t pay out the money for over a month


I won $200 in Club Player Casino 05/24/2017. During 12 hours I sent all documents for approval and made an application to withdraw the money. I also sent my payment information. The payment was canceled several times, but I thought that my documents were not approved yet. But 05/30/2017 I got a letter that my documents were approved. 13 days later 06/13/2017 my payment was approved. I wait my payment, but the casino transfers it all the time. I don’t understand why they don’t pay out me the money. I looked through a number of complaints about this casino and understood that many people have such problems. I ask the financial manager to help me.
