I submitted my original withdrawal request on 12/23/2021 for $1200 .... to which it was promptly denied 7 days later (5 business days) with their reason being lack of updated payout information.... information that is INCLUDED during the withdrawal request process. So I played along and complied with their reasoning and immediately made a new withdrawal request the same day (12/30/2021) after speaking with customer service thru live chat, and submitted my withdrawal request again for $1200, as well as emailing docume­nts­@cl­ubp­lay­erc­asi­no.com and [email protected]­lub­pla­yer­cas­ino.com my "updated payout information" (aka the bitcoin wallet address necessary to include during the withdrawal request process) with a screenshot of the QR scan code and wallet address visible.

The casino terms and conditions state a decision will be made on the request WITHIN 7 business days.... it is well past that time frame and I am still being requested by support "to just wait". I complied with all their requests, and feel it necessary they abide by their own standards they claim for themselves. I have chat transcripts of all contact I've had with them available to email if necessary.

ASKgamblers got my first issue resolved quickly and I am depending on them again to have another issue (with the same casino CLUB PLAYER CASINO) handled as well. AskGamblers I so good, I've left positive responses on other sites like TrustPilot.com as well

I apologize for the frustration you've experienced with this.

As you've already mentioned, your payment was issued to your wallet, last Friday: 1/14 Paid $960 (0.02269528) + no Service Fees Bitcoin for transaction #84429212.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

I'll be sure to add your recent withdrawal to my watch list, so things should go smoothly with this. I would however, like to ask that this complaint be closed as resolved.

It is ridiculous that it takes having to enlist outside assistance to enforce payouts from Club Player Casino. They finally sent payment,minus bs fees.... but pushing for the withdrawal for over a month is just bad business and COMPLETELY GOES AGAINST THE STANDARDS THEY CLAIM TO ABIDE BY IN THEIR CASINO RULES AND REGULATIONS.
