I submitted my original withdrawal request on 12/23/2021 for $1200 .... to which it was promptly denied 7 days later (5 business days) with their reason being lack of updated payout information.... information that is INCLUDED during the withdrawal request process. So I played along and complied with their reasoning and immediately made a new withdrawal request the same day (12/30/2021) after speaking with customer service thru live chat, and submitted my withdrawal request again for $1200, as well as emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and [email protected]lubplayercasino.com my "updated payout information" (aka the bitcoin wallet address necessary to include during the withdrawal request process) with a screenshot of the QR scan code and wallet address visible.
The casino terms and conditions state a decision will be made on the request WITHIN 7 business days.... it is well past that time frame and I am still being requested by support "to just wait". I complied with all their requests, and feel it necessary they abide by their own standards they claim for themselves. I have chat transcripts of all contact I've had with them available to email if necessary.
