Delaying Bitcoin payment

I have contacted ClubPlayer Casino via their live chat support, emails, as well as attempt thru my VIP host (Alex) as well to find out why my withdrawal request has not been processed yet, although the casino's terms and conditions specifically state all withdrawal requests are answered with 7 business days.

My request was made on March 7, 2021, about 7pm. Screenshots included. I have completed all account verification requirements as well as have had my bitcoin information also verified and approved.

I have emails and chat logs confirming all requirements have been met for the withdrawal to be approved and that my bonus/­dep­osi­t/a­ccount transactions history is in compliance with casino rules, there is no valid reason preventing me from receiving my $1500 bitcoin withdrawal.


Feel free to contact me to get more evidence, as some of the screenshots are long pages and don't show to be uploading correctly, but maybe they are .... either way, I will gladly send any more requested info if what I've attached still isn't sufficient.

The transaction sat UNCONFIRMED on the blockchain for 3 days but I finally received the payment. $1378.30.... not $1390 as Tawni stated. Photo attached to confirm

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

As of right now, Monday April 5, 2021 at 7:47am.... I have not received any funds from the withdrawal I requested on March 7 they approved on April 2.
