I initiated a withdrawal on 10/29. All my documents were approved.
I have not heard from them since. I contacted customer service who stated my case would be escalated but still gave not heard.
Each time it's "wait 3 business days". I've waited, tried again, same thing. I only have one account, played fair, and followed all their bonus rules.
The phone number I was given for "VIP" support is not in service so my only way of communication is via chat.
