Delayed $2,500 Payment
Hello! Thank you in advance for any help that you could possibly provide. Back on 9/28/2018 I had withdrawn an amount from Club Player of $2,500. After it was still pending I went on chat multiple times -including 10/23/18, 11/7/18, 11/9/18, 11/21/18, 12/9/18, and 12/26/18. They had confirmed that all of my documents and information were up to date and said they would escalate to the finance department multiple times. Unfortunately, I still have not received payment and it is still saying pending withdrawal as of current status on my account. Any help or information on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
