Delayed $1,800 Payment

On March 6th 2021 I requested a withdrawal of my $1800 winnings. I have been verified/approved for withdrawals. I have chatted with their customer service multiple times, and each time they tell me it is still in process, and tell me that they will make a note to expedite the process, but nothing ever changes. I feel as though a more than reasonable amount of time has passed, and I would like my funds to be transferred. Thank you!

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've placed your withdrawal request on our Payments Manager's desk--your withdrawal will be approved tomorrow morning and your payment will be sent to our processor, Thursday. With this in mind, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the beginning of next week.
