Delayed payments and getting the runaround
I have two pending withdrawals that have been nearly 30 days and each time I contact customer service they tell me they will escalate and have it taken care of. Nothing ever happens. They are still showing as PENDING.
I think Escalate and Ignore are the same word. They are not large withdrawals, but they need to be paid.
This is what they are showing in their records.
It shows here that you have a pending request as follows:
- 7/9/2021 9:40:31 PM ($890.00)
- 7/9/2021 11:38:31 PM ($947.00)
If I remember correctly, their own TOS says that withdrawals are generally approved in 7 days. It has now been 25 days. I cannot get any answers. Just promises to escalate the issue.
Please help.
