Delayed payment again
Hello. I have been trying to get Clubplayer to pay me the money that I won. I recently had this problem with them and you were able to resolve the issue very quickly and I was paid what I am owed. The same thing has happened. I have winnings over a month old and have given them so many chances and have contacted them many times to get this resolved without having to bother you with this but Im told it’s been escalated multiple times, will be paid out next week, I will personally follow up on this but unfortunately nothing gets done. I will attach a picture of my withdrawls. There is a first withdrawl on 1/19 that has disappeared from the current withdrawls that are shown on the website but I have not received the 850 I was entitled to for that win but was told they sent it. I followed up and was told they would look into it never heard anything. I have resubmitted documents and confirmed my identity with them. Thank you for your help and I’m sorry club player won’t cooperate with there policies.
