Delayed payment again


Hello. I have been trying to get Clubplayer to pay me the money that I won. I recently had this problem with them and you were able to resolve the issue very quickly and I was paid what I am owed. The same thing has happened. I have winnings over a month old and have given them so many chances and have contacted them many times to get this resolved without having to bother you with this but Im told it’s been escalated multiple times, will be paid out next week, I will personally follow up on this but unfortunately nothing gets done. I will attach a picture of my withdrawls. There is a first withdrawl on 1/19 that has disappeared from the current withdrawls that are shown on the website but I have not received the 850 I was entitled to for that win but was told they sent it. I followed up and was told they would look into it never heard anything. I have resubmitted documents and confirmed my identity with them. Thank you for your help and I’m sorry club player won’t cooperate with there policies.

I don't know what I was thinking when I said I'd be back with your transaction details on the 31st, as I'm going to be having shoulder replacement surgery on that day.

The recovery from this is going to be a bit difficult and unfortunately, I will not be able to respond to anyone for several days. Please know that even though I'm not able to respond to complaints and emails (typing and mouse moving are out of the question), I'll still be in daily touch with our Payments Manager to ensure your payments are addressed regularly. I promise, you will not be left hanging with anything. ;-)

I would like to ask a huge favor: Because there are still several payments to be issued to you (which means several more replies here at AskGamblers), it would be a massive help to me if you would be willing to close your complaint. As I already stated, I'll be watching to make sure things continue to run smoothly for you...and of course, if anything were to go off track, you can always re-open the complaint. If you are alright with this, please mention this in your next reply so that AskGamblers can take care of things on their end.
