Delayed approval of withdrawals 7500
On 11/19/23, I submitted a withdrawal request for $2500, and on 11/20/23, two additional withdrawals were submitted for $2500 each. Thus in total, $7500 in withdrawals were requested.
On 12/8/23, I noticed that all of my withdrawals had been declined. At 3pm on 12/8/23, I chatted with Vince R. in casino support. He checked into my claim and told me that the withdrawals were declined due to lacking documentation. Furthermore, he stated that there must have been a mistake because all my documents were in order. He asked me to resubmit my withdrawal request, which I did on 12/8/23. Vince additionally agreed to expedite my payments since nearly 3 weeks had passed since my withdrawal requests were submitted.
After the Christmas Holidays, I again noticed that my withdrawals had been declined. On 12/27/23 at 5pm, I chatted with James G. in casino support. From his investigation, he said that the denials were due to missing documents. He confirmed that all my documents were in order and instructed me to resubmit the withdrawal requests, which I did immediately.
Logging into the casino on 1/3/23, once again I noticed that the withdrawals had been denied.
I'm having trouble understanding what the issue is since two different casino support members told me that the issue causing the denials were corrected.
