Delayed approval of 4 months for $2.500 win
On March 18th 2021 I requested a $2500.00 withdraw from Club Player Casino. I have played for years here at Club Player Casino and would rather be playing than filing a complaint. I was completely paid up and thought let’s give them a go again the worst has passed. I was wrong!
I have chatted with Club Player Casino so many times it is no longer fun at all. I have had the withdraw escalated by every customer agent to only find out escalating does nothing. I have gone through all the emotions anyone would experience chatting here, holding my winnings hostage, sure that would make anyone upset including me. I have made the mistake of taking it out on these customer service agents only to find myself apologizing later. (they are in control not us players)
I have chatted 24 plus times trying to get this $2500.00 approved for payout. It is constantly on my “to do” list and just bums me out daily that I am faced with “chatting on line” as the only form of communication. The email replies to confirm your withdraw are never followed through with as they state to see the “Terms and Conditions” to estimate withdraw times. Its been 4 months please approve this 2500.00 withdraw so the time clock of 7-10 business days starts ticking so I can get this payout and move on.
