Delay of payments over $6K
On June 28, 2019, I made a deposit and used a bonus coupon. I won and made withdrawals on the same date in increments of $2400, $2400, and $1490. The first amount was approved on July 22 for $2242 after the removal of the bonus. This was 16 business days after the withdrawal date. I have spoken with agents on the online chat option and asked about the payment processor, etc. I was told the same story by two agents that I needed to re-submit my bank wire information and that my payment could be escalated. Also, I was told the processing time frame was still in effect and was not really late. However, I explained that the approval time went many days past their own time frame for approval. I explained that I had already sent all my documentation and all of my bank wire information. There is nothing missing on my end of this situation. As of yesterday, Aug 1, my payment had not been sent to processing and the two other pending withdrawals are still sitting in the "pending approval" stage. I was told yesterday, July 1, that my payment will 'probably' be sent out on Monday and I should check back by chat on Monday. The fact that the approval time is/was very late is being ignored by the chat agents. This is all so frustrating and to be told how to escalate my payments is delay tactics. AG, I'm asking for your assistance please.
