Delay in getting withdrawal check


I put in for a withdrawal of $1700 November 25, 2018 it was approved on January 15, 2019. I have not received the check. I have been told numerous times that it is being escalated, but still no check. They have used the excuse of a lot of winning withdrawals and they are behind. I've chatted pretty much at lease once a week since February 1 and have not gotten any firm date on when it will be mailed out.
