Club Player hasn't paid for January win

in December 2022 I won a large amount at Club Player Casino. The total was a little over twenty two thousand (22,000 +/-)

Casino has a 2500 max withdrawal limit so I had to break up the total amount into multiple withdrawals. All by bitcoin except for one which was by wire. the wire was received.

I am completely Verified with the casino.

Between December 2022 and April 2022, I received about half of the amount.

Last payout was on 4/28/2023 for 2500.

Remaining, I currently have 7 pending withdrawals that have not been paid out or even approved yet.

First from 01/12/2023 for 2500

Second from 3/22/2023 for 1250(this is the remaining balance after a half payment, original withdrawal was for 2500 on 1/12/2023)

Total owed from January 12 2023 is 3750.00


The rest were requested on 5/11/2023. Four (4)individual requests for 2500.00 each and one (1) for 2000.00 for a total of 12000.00

I have chatted with multiple agents who have told me that it has been "escalated" and to check back in 48 hours. Each time I was told this. Unfortunately, Nothing has been received since 4/28/2023.

Thank you all. I am very satisfied with prompt payout after the complaint was registered. I still have several open withdrawals that need payouts from May and I hope the same attention will be given to those as well.
