Casino will not pay me my winnings of 2038.69 USD

My name is <full name removed> and I have an account with Club Player Casino.

My username is tarkentonfran9.

On 9/25/22, I requested a withdrawal of $2038.69 from this account. The money was put back in the account. I requested a withdrawal of $2038.69 again on 6/9/23. Again, the money was put back.

I have not been paid. I have asked the site on chat several times for an explanation.

I get no satisfactory response other than the payment is pending.

Then the money again had been put back into my account. Also, I always make deposits and withdrawals with bitcoin. Now, it says I can not make a withdrawal with bitcoin, yet I can deposit with bitcoin. I much prefer the withdrawal in bitcoin, rather than check or wire transfer if possible. Though, obviously, the main thing is that I get my money.

I would appreciate any help you can give me in getting my withdrawal request paid.
