Casino still hasn't paid my withdrawal of $1,300
I made a withdrawal with club player casino for $1300 almost 2 weeks ago.
I then submitted all requested documents and filled in the online thing they sent me including bank details. Utility bills and passport etc. All of which I was told by email had been verified.
Spoke to someone yesterday that said they just had to verify my withdrawal and I should message back today.
Today I was told that none of my bank details have been uploaded. It seems they are just constantly putting it back with excuses that don't seem to fit what I have been told previously.
I have spoke with live chat a few times and nobody has ever told me there was any issues with my documents etc until today, the day I was told it should be sent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
