Casino still hasn't paid my withdrawal of $1,300

I made a withdrawal with club player casino for $1300 almost 2 weeks ago.

I then submitted all requested documents and filled in the online thing they sent me including bank details. Utility bills and passport etc. All of which I was told by email had been verified.

Spoke to someone yesterday that said they just had to verify my withdrawal and I should message back today.

Today I was told that none of my bank details have been uploaded. It seems they are just constantly putting it back with excuses that don't seem to fit what I have been told previously.

I have spoke with live chat a few times and nobody has ever told me there was any issues with my documents etc until today, the day I was told it should be sent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was sent to our processor, last week: 5/4 Paid $946 + no Service Fee for transaction #78653516. Our processor confirmed that the wire was completed on the 7th, so I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
