Club Player Casino - Can't get my withdrawal approved

i made a withdrawal request for $2,500.00 at club player casino on 10-01-18 I have requested an escalation for approval over ten times,my documents are up to date and in order. i think i've been more than patient with them. being as the Terms & Conditions state withdrawals will be reviewed within 7 business days & payment will be made 7-10 days after approval. when i ask the vip withdrawals department why is it taking so long to be approved i was told its because i am ahead of the casino and i haven't been playing there as much. can you really blame me for not wanting to make deposits in a casino that does not pay you when you win! I have attached a log of phone calls I’ve made to Club Player and also chat sessions regarding my withdrawal request.
