Almost 2 months and no withdrawal

Started my withdrawal process on May 14. I submitted any and every bit of information multiple times to them for a wire transfer. Finally on June 10, I was told they couldn't do a wire transfer to my bank so I opted for a check I sent in my same bank information, address, etc that day and was told that it was switched to a check and would take around 7 business days to approve and then would be mailed. I have checked back every week and keep getting the same thing.

Its in the approval process and we are putting an escalation on it and to check back in 3-5 business days. Well, July 9 will be another month that it's been in the approval process. I feel like I'm getting the run around. I've submitted everything multiple times and keep checking back only to hear the same old story check back again we're going to escalate it. Its been escalated 3 times and nothing. Please help me!!!!!

Received the check. Now just waiting for it to clear. Been a long process. Thank you AskGamblers for your help in this matter. I think it would have been several more weeks before anything would have been accomplished still contacting them on my own. Happy this is resolved.

I never understood anything about a bonus withdrawal fee but fine.. Thank you. I hope to see tracking information soon.

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

While I may not get to responding immediately to a complaint, once I see the issue, I move forward to do what's necessary to resolve it. ;-)

To this end, your withdrawal has now been sent to our processor: 7/8 Paid $2332 + no Service Fee for transaction #80231478. I would expect to see tracking for this towards the end of this week. Once I have the tracking, I'll be sure to update you.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
