Algorithm should not decide about the payout

11/11/23 received a 50 dollar promo from concierge management team for a blackout closing down the entire site. I'm both verified completely and have withdrawn from this casino as the only way I play is using bitcoin. The win max was 100 I won 100 made my playthrough successfully and went to withdraw using bitcoin as per the first time I won I used this service and received my winnings which was about the same amount within 3 days. I patiently waited until 11/18 when funds were still not received.

I canceled my withdraw and withdrew using coindraw a process advertising 72 hours it's now been 5 additional days still no money.

In speaking with live chat support 3 times having received the same response. "There is an algorithm that determines the payout according to the player and the algorithm puts you in a 3-7 day from the present date for pay out."
