Requested a withdraw of 500 euros on the 17th of June, this was cancelled without telling me a reason on the 20th of June.

Requested again immediately, directly to my bank account after the initial declined withdraw as I was told to do so.

To my recollection, no bonus was used and the winnings were achieved with a raw money deposit.

Cleobetra stalling payments

Dear Ask Gamblers,

Can you please help me with Cleobetra Casino? They are not processing my tiny 500€ withdrawals for a very long time. Customer support doesn't know what the reason is. I have around 8000€ stuck there and I can't continue playing because they won't let me withdraw my winnings. I have not used any bonuses or been required to do a KYC. They just don't pay and won't give any reason for it.

Casino is delaying my payment

I won 11000$ playing slots on the 8th of april and i still havent received one payment. I was patient and waited a couple of days before reaching out. When i finally reached out for the first time through email they apologized for the delay and said they had alot payout requests.

Days later i reached out again they told me they are working on my request. I reached out a 3rd time and i was basicaally told the exact same reason finance department is working on it.

It has now been 22 days im waiting to be paid please askgamblers help me get paid

Once again, I'm here to post a second complaint with Cleobetra casino...the first got resolved, but now they are back to their regular antics of not paying me....

This time is a larger amount, 22203 to be exact...

My account is fully verified as I've already been paid by this casino, so no reason for the 2-week delay in paying me, especially since my weekly cashout limit is only 750 CAD and will take me a year to receive all my funds...

I ask you to please once again intervene and resolve this as the casino will not email me until u get involved...

Amount cashback sport wrong

I have a problem with the sports cashback for losses from the week of October 13 to 19, 2025. During that week, I lost approximately €1,900 in sports betting. I deposited €670. I could have withdrawn more than €1,500, but unfortunately, I placed sports bets and lost, which I accept responsibility for.
I was counting on the 10% sports cashback on losses this Monday, October 20, but unexpectedly, I only received €67.

The site calculated the rate based on deposits, even though the cashback bonus conditions are very specific. Cashback is calculated based on losing sports bets minus withdrawals, minus bonuses received, minus the balance.

So I should have received €170, not €67. So, I'm missing €100.

I contacted the site, but they wouldn't listen. They told me they applied the 10% bonus to my deposits. However, this isn't what the bonus terms and conditions stipulate, and all other sites that offer this cashback also apply it to losing sports bets.

I therefore request a correction and payment of the additional amount I haven't received, i.e., €100.

Cleobetra Witholding withdrawals

Since September 25 2025 I've had 3 pending withdrawals for cleobetra casino. It's almost eleven business days. Everytime I message them they keep telling me additional checks, should be processed in the next hour, or it's up to the finance department. On their policies, it says up to 3 business days. All I want is my win. I do not have any bonuses taken. Please help.

Hello there Cleobetra casino has been withholding my funds for over 3 weeks now, my account is fully verified and have been paid by them before. Chat keeps telling me they are working on it, but its been over 3 weeks I have not seen any money from them. Please help me resolve this issue, its bad enough they only payout 750 cad a week and would take me 6 weeks to withdraw the full amount, but if they delay like this everytime, i will never get my money.
