Cleobetra stalling payments


Dear Ask Gamblers,

Can you please help me with Cleobetra Casino? They are not processing my tiny 500€ withdrawals for a very long time. Customer support doesn't know what the reason is. I have around 8000€ stuck there and I can't continue playing because they won't let me withdraw my winnings. I have not used any bonuses or been required to do a KYC. They just don't pay and won't give any reason for it.
