ClassyCoin Casino usarname:gogi13 I won at ClassyCoin Casino.My documents was successfuly approved ,They sent me an e-mail on 11.12.2014 that I need to wait 60 working days, so I can withdrawal my money after 60 working days because my account is chosen for security check,so is till 06.03.2015..After that day my attempt to withdrawals was not successful so was not approved. I did not get my winnings. Now when I wish to login and request a withdrawal is not possible because my account is locked.Please help me to get my money I won in a fair way. The point is that other casinos from other casino groups which you are connected and in which I have to withdrawal my winnings informed me that some other casino group informed them that I sent a fake ID and fake Driving Licence and I cant withdrawal my money.So because you are the last casino group remaining from all 3 casino groups which are connected probably this issue comes from your side.If I have no right and this is not true I apologize and kindly ask you to give me the information exactly the name of the casino that I can resolve the issue with them directly.I can tell you that this information is completely wrong.My personal documents are valid and legit..Because the falsification of identity documents is a criminal ofense and casino accused me that I sent fake ID and Driving Licence(also photographed with my photo holding the document in my hand) I went to the government office where I was issued a Certificate of Good Conduct. They mentioned to avoid any problems it is the best to issue a Passport because is the only document which has the same standards worldwide.Probably here comes the problem up they said because you are not using the same standards for documents like EU. I registered to the casino in 2014 November. I deposited 100$ and got a bonus of 200$. There was a big wagering req for this. My balance went from 300$ to 1500$. I played through most of my wagering req (10% left). I did not have time for games at christmas. And then later aswell. In March 2015 I came back and tried to continue. My first surprise came when they changed my bonus. Blackjack was excluded at that time (90% of wagering went with BJ). I spoke to livechat and finally they gave me a new bonus with the same parameters as the one in November. I plaed the rest 10%. I initiated a withdrawal req and in a week they declined it. When I asked "howcome?", they told me that lately I do not play too much and I should deposit more to get my money out. What??? I have no wagering on my account and still cant get my money out. I made four deposits totalling $1300, and managed to get a balance $7350 AFTER the bonus was taken off the account. 25th April, 2014, identity "faxback" approved. 7th May, 2014, $1000 withdrawal approved and sent to my bank account 19th May 2014, $1000 withdrawal approved and sent to my bank account. 2nd June, 2014, $1000 withdrawal approved and sent to my bank account. This left a balance of just over $4300. I made another withdrawal request for $1000 the same day. 25th June, 2014, I logged into CC as it had been 3 weeks with no correspondence. I looked in cashier, and my payout had been denied on June 23rd without informing me. After speaking with live chat, they informed me they would have the finance department contact me. 27th June, 2014, I received the following email from CC: We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was not approved. Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over. This process might take up to 60 business days. Best Regards, Finance Department, ClassyCoin Casino Despite my constant attempts to contact CC through various channels offering extra security verification, including but not limited to notarised documents I was met with silence. August 22nd, 2014, a withdrawal request of $1000 was rejected, citing the 60 day security check email. 14th November, 2014, a withdrawal request of $1000 rejected, again citing the 60 day security check email. At this point I was concerned as this was a full 5 months after the initial email. All attempts to contact through this time period were met with silence apart from automated emails. 12th December, 2014, a withdrawal request of $1000 rejected, except this time I received an email about a security check, as above, with the time period (60 business days) deleted, giving no indication when this security check would be over. 1st, 15th, 28th January, 2015, $1000 withdrawal requests denied. Given CC paid me $3000 of my $7350 balance to my bank account, there clearly should not be any issues. Furthermore, nearly 9 months has passed since their initial denial of payment of winnings, far longer than a 60 day business day check. I have offered notarised documents, so I don't know what else I can do. Seeking assistance from AskGamblers, or getting in touch with the right person at CC. In August of 2014 I requested a withdrawl $3000 of the $8000 they owe me in winnings, they sent me an email saying my account was randomly chosen for security check and that it could take up to 60 days to complete. so I waited, then after the 60 days, I then requested it again, and again they said my account was chosen once again for a security check. I went to live chat and the lady told me it was just a random pick. She suggested I email tem, so indeed I did, what I got was no response, I submitted yet another email requesting my withdrawl, yet again.....no response. So I recently requested another withdrawl and can you guess it....yes I was chosen for a third time " "Random Security Check". This is getting very frusterating, they have no problem taking money, but giving some back.....theres a huge problem!!!!

Since March 22nd, I have been owed by Classy Coin. They paid a few payments initially but then cut me off with the now quetionable claim they were doing an investigation. I was understanding and patient at first. But 90 days has turned into a 180. Did they think I would fall into a coma and forget about my credit card bills. Wells Fargo and Chase have not forgotten about me but the casino I dumped my money into has after finally making a win. I have met all the verification investigation with flying colors. Why oh why won't they pay me even though I spoke with the manager night after night. Then he started avoiding me completely. Truly, I don't know how these guys can start out good and then get so greedy. Why? They have the advantage at all times. After initially paying me regularly for a win, Classy Coin sent me a email on Jul 3 2014 explaining that my account was randomly chosen for a security check that would last 60 days. Is has not been almost 180 days and they continue to decline my withdrawals and send new letter saying that I've been randomly chosen for a security check. Please let me know when you are going to pay.

I was playing with 400% deposit bonus,after playtrough I have won 1300$,I sent every document to verification and I have waited.Next day They blocked Polish players and my account with my money,but I got email so I will get my money later atough my account is closed.I have been waiting more than half year but I didn't get any dollars from my winings and They had stolen my deposit!!!!!!!

I received regular monthly payments until June 23, 2014 when I was informed that my account was 'randomly chosen for a security check which might take up to 60 business days.' Although the review process is well beyond the 60 day period (September 2014), my payments continue to be declined. I have been declined 6 times and the chat providers are unable to provide a clear picture as to why the review process has not been satisfied. Classy has hijacked approx $15,500 of my winnings. I trusted their deposit process and paid them hundreds of dollars. I trusted their games to be honest and random. I trusted my winnings when it finally occurred. I trusted their review process and have yet to be paid my winnings. I continue to get stonewalled responses from Classy Coin's chat and Finance Department--Bill Jameson with no ability to have a dialog regarding my rightful concerns.
