I started playing at Classy Coin Casino in May of 2014. After losing about $2,500 total, I hit a jackpot for a little over $7,000. On may 27th all my verification documents were confirmed and my account was verified. I requested a cashout for $3,000 on May 31st, and I received a $1,000 payment to my Neteller account on June 9th.
Over the past 5 months, numerous cashout requests have been declined.

After posting my original complaint last November, I was contact by a classycoin representative. He promised to pay me in $500 installments and asked that I mark the complaint as resolved.
I was paid $2k of this debt in 4 installments of $500 from December 2014 to January 3rd, 2015. All withdrawal requests made since Jan 3 have been declined.
I am still owed $3,413.
