Account suspended because I made a withdrawal

Hello everyone, I want to make it clear here, I made my account and deposited like any normal player, after finishing my rollover of their welcome bonus and making my withdrawal request, I had my account blocked and I no longer have access to it, I enter the chat and I am treated like a dog for the terrible service, this is how cytobet works with its users to avoid paying

My account is logged into that same email I hope you page me so I can close this complaint as quickly as possible

Account closed together with funds

It started on the 3rd of October 2024 when I placed a bet on Match; Real sociedad vs Anderlecht

League: UEFA Europa

Selection; over 25.5 shots

Total shots in the match was 35 (shots) which was more than 25.5 selected but sadly my bet was recorded as lost.

To my surprise, I reported the issue to their online support where I was told the issue has been transferred to the appropriate department.

Why waiting for the miscalculated bet to be corrected, that same day I decided to place a withdrawal of NGN50,000 via crypto from my availability balance, without prior notification i discovered that i can not login my gaming account again, when i reached out to them via their online support I was informed that my account is undergoing verification and since then till now I can't reach out to them either responding to my emails

Since on the 4th of October till date no further updates regarding my account, withdrawal and miscalculated bet, I sent messages but no response.

Today, when I tried to withdraw, my account was closed and my money was stolen. Winnings and deposit. The account was used normally. Pre and live bets. They claim that I broke their regulations. The account was already verified. It looks like I've been scammed. Please help. Such casinos should not exist!

Not paying my 5000 BRL

Hi there,

Long story short, my account is fully kyc'd and on the 20th of december I have made a 3800BRL withdraw.

Citobet keeps delaying and saying my account will go through a second verification. Then delaying more due to holidays.

Please help me. I did nothing wrong and I have over 4900 brl (around 1000$) in there.
