Account closed together with funds
It started on the 3rd of October 2024 when I placed a bet on Match; Real sociedad vs Anderlecht

Total shots in the match was 35 (shots) which was more than 25.5 selected but sadly my bet was recorded as lost.
To my surprise, I reported the issue to their online support where I was told the issue has been transferred to the appropriate department.
Why waiting for the miscalculated bet to be corrected, that same day I decided to place a withdrawal of NGN50,000 via crypto from my availability balance, without prior notification i discovered that i can not login my gaming account again, when i reached out to them via their online support I was informed that my account is undergoing verification and since then till now I can't reach out to them either responding to my emails
Since on the 4th of October till date no further updates regarding my account, withdrawal and miscalculated bet, I sent messages but no response.
