I am filing this complaint against Chip'n WIN Casino regarding a pending redemption of $117.00.
I made a $100.00 deposit via debit card on April 26, 2026, and requested a withdrawal for $117.00 on the same day. My account is fully verified and in good standing. However, the withdrawal has remained in 'Pending' status for three days.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and was assigned a manager named 'Ryan.' I have been repeatedly given vague excuses regarding 'unforeseen circumstances' and the merchant has refused to provide any timeframe for when my funds will be released.
Furthermore, I am concerned about the platform's practices as a referral I brought to the site (Inon) had his account permanently closed and his balance voided immediately upon his own withdrawal attempt.
I have issued a formal 24-hour ultimatum to the casino. I am seeking the immediate processing of my $117.00. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue a 'Services Not Rendered' dispute through my bank to recover my initial $100.00 deposit.
