Account closed and balance confiscated with no proper explanation

I opened an account with ChipNWin on 04/22 and I deposited $9 first (for $25 first time bonus) and $200 and played normally the crash game in the site. After playing I tried to withdraw $242 from the account and my account got suspended.

I reached out to the casino asking why my account was suspended, as I've never opened another account and played legitimately and genuinely in their games. They closed my account out of the blue after requesting a withdrawal and they are acting in bad faith.

I asked them to refund my initial deposits to the very least which they only refunded the $9 back to my debit card but confiscated the $200 deposit.

I am asking for the $200 to be refunded back to my debit card and for this casino to stop scamming its customers.
