Chancer Casino decided that they would keep my winnings and not even refund my initial deposit after winning money on their site… no explanations or anything

I have communicated with them on multiple occasions; they refuse to make any compromise or anything.

I had requested a withdrawal, and they suddenly blocked me after noticing I was winning

I have already replied to you with the entire detailed info by email along with the screenshots of the live chat… here it is again:
The details are very straightforward.
I was playing on their sportsbook, I had initially deposited 5000$ CAD in BTC currency. Over a few days I won and brought the balance to around 10k CAD in BTC currency.
Shortly after I noticed my max stake was being reduced on each bet I could place so I decided to take out my money. When I requested a withdrawal of 7K or around 0.07 BTC, the withdrawal never came through. And the following day I contacted support to ask where my money was, they told me to wait. A few hours later I notice my account balance is now at 0 (I had 2000$ CAD left after the withdrawal) and so I knew something was wrong because when I reloaded the page my account was now blocked (I was logged out and tried to login and it said my account is blocked, contact support).
So I contact support, and this is the conversation I had (see attached screenshots).

In short, they refuse to even refund my initial deposit I made onto the site.

Unaccountable blocking

Hello. I am really hoping for your help, as I have been unfairly blocked.
I haven't violated any rules; my account history shows both wins and losses.
I have only one account, and this is my first time playing on this site.
They blocked $500 of mine; they claimed I had violated something but wouldn't even say exactly what. It’s a very convenient setup for a scam—they simply took my money without explanation.
They blocked the funds specifically after I tried to withdraw a portion of them.
I recently lost everything and made yet another deposit, but they refused to even return it.
I am earnestly asking for your help. It is a significant amount of money for me, but what outrages me most is this lawlessness.
I will send a photo of the correspondence—both the original and a translation—since the conversation took place in Russian.

My account is suspended deposit and small winnings confiscated

I had deposited around 560USD and after 10 days I tried to withdraw about 700USD... I won 140USD playing casino and sports...

I got an email saying that, after reviewing my account has been blocked and funds confiscated because of Arbitrage betting...

I dont know what that is, and I was mainly playing casino live table games, so when I told them they had made a mistake, they just told me that the decision is final....

I can assure you I do not know what arbitrage betting is and wouldn't even know how to do it.

My winnings were minimal.. I asked for my deposit back as well, and that was rejected!

Missing deposit issue under investigation

On 19/09/2025 I deposited funds of -+ €100 on the Chancer.bet site but until now on 05/10/2025 I feel I have not received any increase in my gaming account balance or even any clarity regarding the refund. I've also argued with chancer.bet staff who handle email complaints, but it turns out they're all the same scammers. Never bet there if you don't want to suffer the same fate as me.

Waiting on refund and withdrawal

Logged in here and deposited around 280 euro, played for a day and when i went to log in the next day after requesting withdrawal (image attached) my account was blocked, they said I excluded last year.

The casino then said my withdrawal will still go through and they will refund my deposits, which i appreciate, but u can see in image they processed my withdrawal on 17th feb but i still haven't got it, i have sent them my bank statement to prove this but they are still not paying me my withdrawal or my refunds.

It's over two weeks now!

Withdrawal of 200 euros pending for over 5 days now support not helpful

My withdrawal at chancer has been pending for 5 days. This far exceeds their terms. I have tried to engage with chat but either the support just keeps typing and never sends what they are saying (site glitch) or they give me the same copy and paste responses. Two days in a row an agent has said they are 'working on it as we speak', The withdrawal is LTC crypto and does not take 5 days.

I am fully verified, had a few withdrawals before (in 48 hours). So I don't know what the issue is.

The amount is 200 euros, no bonus, deposited with LTC and withdrawn with the same amount, only I use my account on my personal mini pc. I fear the casino is either having money troubles or a glitch with their system. But without them working with me to resolve it/communicating my suspicions are raised.

They didn't make my payment

They have been saying that they will send my withdrawal for 2 weeks, but they never send it and they canceled my check twice saying "there was a technical problem" and then they blocked my account after Monday saying "we will send you your withdrawal this Monday". When I contacted them and asked why they blocked my account, they did not say anything. They don't give a logical explanation and say they confiscated the money.
