I have two €500 withdrawals made on 15/09 and 16/09.
Terms of Cazimbo are saying that withdrawals should be processed under three business days; however, I'm still being told by support through live chat that they are experiencing a important number of withdrawals, delaying the process.
It seems that Cazimbo is stalling in order to avoid paying.
Could you please help?
