Withdrawal delayed for 3 days

I made 2 withdrawal requests on monday of total amount combined 370€. No movement or updates. I think nothing happens before I do the complaint here so I did instantly after the promised processing time was fulfilled. The live chat only says that some delays on withdrawals are possible. The withdrawals are 250€ and 120€ couple hours between.

It looks like they only really paid the 120€ withdrawal. It came in normal time (1 business day). The 250€ one has now been somewhere for 3 business days. I asked from the casino and they provided me the RRN number. Then I asked from my bank and they said they haven't received any transaction with that RRN. Now the casino is asking me to provide bank statements from last 2 months which is weird, they should be able to see where the transaction is going by their own.

Hi. I am not sure that my other complaint was submitted, so I am doing it again. Caspero Casino doesn´t have responsible gaming tools, so if you want to close your account or set a limit, you have to contact support. I contacted Caspero Casino on Monday night, the 30th of March, and asked them to close my account because of my gambling problem. I got a reply the day after and was asked to confirm my decision, which I did the same day (31. of March). The account is still open, and because of my problem ( I am trying to take care of it by closing casino accounts that I have), I have deposited 700 euros and lost it all just because they don´t close the account. I attached the mail communication

It has now been a full week since I requested my withdrawal, and still NOTHING. I have not received my money, and even worse, I am getting absolutely no clear information about why the payment is delayed or when it will actually be processed.

Customer support keeps repeating the same generic responses like “we understand” and “there is a high volume of requests,” but this is not an answer. It’s just stalling. No proper explanation, no clear timeframe.

This is completely unacceptable. A withdrawal should not take a full week without any explanation. This is not only extremely slow, but also unprofessional and damaging to trust.

At this point, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If the payment is not completed very soon, I will be forced to take further action.

Deleyed and cancelled withdrawals

I have done first withdraw request at 18.3.2026
You can withdraw 500e per day and have 3 request at the same time. Casino has cancelled all my requests one by one and claim it's a technical issue by provider.
I find it very shady that there isn't issues with any other casino who have the same provider (Zimpler).
I haven't been given any more information about the situation and I have not been asked to perform KYC.
Evert time I make a withdraw request I'ts cancelled after 3 working days.
My total winning balance is 3900€ and I'm afraid that The casino is not gonna pay my winnings.

Payment problem for 4k

I won €4,000 at Caspero Casino on February 19th. I made three withdrawals of €500 each to start, and I haven't heard anything since February 19th. They've vanished. I've been waiting for all my withdrawals for over 10 days now, since I made them on February 19th. It's now March 4th. These casinos are an abomination; they do everything they can to avoid paying us, the customers!

Withdrawal of funds has been stopped

I won a large sum – 94,000 euros. But after withdrawing 1,000 euros, payouts stopped.

I completed verification and submitted all the documents they requested. Sometimes I had to do this several times because they weren't satisfied with the quality of the photos.

After they stopped paying out my winnings, I emailed them several times. But they haven't responded for over a week. I've been messaging the online support chat constantly, but they can't provide any concrete answers. They ask me to wait for the payout or send an email.

Since I've already done this and nothing has changed, I decided to file a complaint on your website.

I won the money playing Lightning Sic Bo using my own system. I increased my initial balance from 500 euros to over 94,000 euros.
