Deleyed and cancelled withdrawals

I have done first withdraw request at 18.3.2026
You can withdraw 500e per day and have 3 request at the same time. Casino has cancelled all my requests one by one and claim it's a technical issue by provider.
I find it very shady that there isn't issues with any other casino who have the same provider (Zimpler).
I haven't been given any more information about the situation and I have not been asked to perform KYC.
Evert time I make a withdraw request I'ts cancelled after 3 working days.
My total winning balance is 3900€ and I'm afraid that The casino is not gonna pay my winnings.
