Withdrawals not working


Withdrawal from game account has been disabled from last Sunday (14.7). Today is Friday 19.7.
I've asked from live chat about it 4 times. They know the issue and told me that they have problems with Trustly. Also they can't give information when it's gonna get fixed. Also they won't say that they have issues with Trustly on Casonic's front page.

I deposit 3 times 50 euros on 15.7. Played small bets 2-5e and few times 7e and 10e bets and won big few times, now my balance is 2000,38 euros. (See attachments on below)

I did not use any bonus deposit, just "raw" money.

I haven't received any messages about needed documents, usually Casino's with trustly there's no need. They do state that if withdrawing over 200 0euros some I.D. documents are needed. Submitting those are not an issue for me.

But still today 20.7 withdrawing is not working, I get message that says "It's been disabled and contact support" which I already have done on 4 different days.

Withdrawal disabled for five days already
On Sunday 14th of July I deposited 25€ because they had a 100% bonus up to 50€ in the bonus carousel. The bonus wasn't on the bonus list but it was in the rotating carousel of bonuses so I contacted support to ask if the bonus was valid. Support told me to deposit and I would get the bonus, but after depositing I didn't get the bonus. After contacting support again and being told they cant add the bonus manually I went to the only promotion they had on the list which was a Yggdrasil tournament on Rainbow Ryan. I won big (125€) and i wanted to withdraw 100€. When I went to withdraw it said my withdrawal was denied and told me to contact support. The support staff didn't know anything and just closed the chat on me. After that I got tilted and lost all my money. I take all responsibility for the lost money and I'm not after that 125€ I lost as the story doesn't end there. With my big win I ended up winning the Yggdrasil competition and 50€ was the price for that. When I tried to withdraw that on Tuesday the same problem came up again and I contacted support. This time support was aware of the problem but couldn't give any estimate when it was fixed. Its now Friday the next week and I have tried to withdraw my 50€ every day but the same problem has been there every time. Even the support is getting worried and is unhappy about not being able to help. For a casino advertising itself with ease of play and instant deposits and withdrawals it is unacceptable that their withdrawals have not worked for at least 5 days now with no fix or alternative solution.
