Withdrawal disabled for five days already
On Sunday 14th of July I deposited 25€ because they had a 100% bonus up to 50€ in the bonus carousel. The bonus wasn't on the bonus list but it was in the rotating carousel of bonuses so I contacted support to ask if the bonus was valid. Support told me to deposit and I would get the bonus, but after depositing I didn't get the bonus. After contacting support again and being told they cant add the bonus manually I went to the only promotion they had on the list which was a Yggdrasil tournament on Rainbow Ryan. I won big (125€) and i wanted to withdraw 100€. When I went to withdraw it said my withdrawal was denied and told me to contact support. The support staff didn't know anything and just closed the chat on me. After that I got tilted and lost all my money. I take all responsibility for the lost money and I'm not after that 125€ I lost as the story doesn't end there. With my big win I ended up winning the Yggdrasil competition and 50€ was the price for that. When I tried to withdraw that on Tuesday the same problem came up again and I contacted support. This time support was aware of the problem but couldn't give any estimate when it was fixed. Its now Friday the next week and I have tried to withdraw my 50€ every day but the same problem has been there every time. Even the support is getting worried and is unhappy about not being able to help. For a casino advertising itself with ease of play and instant deposits and withdrawals it is unacceptable that their withdrawals have not worked for at least 5 days now with no fix or alternative solution.
