I would like request help from Ask Gamblers to get my money. I have 11 000€ stuck in Casinova. I have not used any bonuses, they don't require KYC and I have made multiple withdrawals before. Their customer service or VIP managers can't help me as they don't know what is going on. My payments has been pending now over 10 days.

The request submitted on 27 May was successfully scheduled for processing on 3 June.
The request submitted on 21 May was successfully completed on 1 June and the withdrawal requested on 22 May was completed on 2 June.
Please note that depending on your bank's processing times, it may take between three and five business days from the processing date for the funds to appear in your account. This timeframe is counted from the processing dates of 1, 2 and 3 June.
