Stalling forever verification of my documents


After 5 or 6 deposits i finally won and submitted my withdrawal on 09/24/16. I submitted my withdrawal documents 3 times to accoun­tin­g@c­apt­ain­jac­kca­sin­o.com, 2 times to manage­r@c­apt­ain­jac­kca­sin­o.com, once to credit­car­d@c­apt­ain­jac­kma­il.com and faxed it once to 1-866-725-1102. My withdrawal was returned to my account 3 times already. Everytime i send my documents i checked with live chat to asked if it was received and they always tells me wait for a confirmation e mail in 3-5 working days which i never received. Im tired of this merry go round and wants to do my withdrawal and receive my money.I initially have $2500 but is now down to $1200
