Planet 7 Casino - Casino won't pay up

I made a withdrawal of 1050.00 on 03/28, and every time I ask them about the status of the withdrawal they say they will escalate it to financing. They have said this at least 4 times, still no check. I was told by one person that it was send to the processors, but the next person told me it was going to be escalated to financing and had not been sent to the processors. They keep telling me 7-10 days, but it has been 2 months. I feel like they are giving me the run around

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this--we've been dealing with a serious backlog with our processors.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent off to be processed. With this in mind, I would expect to see your tracking before the end of this coming week. As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll come back and give you an update.

I have not heard from the casino as of yet. I plan to give them until Wednesday to follow up with me.
