Will they ever pay my $1,000 winnings

A couple weeks ago I won $1800 on a $1.00 bet on the slots 'Hen House'.
I asked for a withdraw of $1000 and played the other $800.
Several months ago I went through the process of making sure all my documents were in order.
I got an email from Kelly on on Feb 22:

"Hello,
This is Kelly with Planet 7 Casino.
Thank you for sending us the documents needed to update your casino account. Your account is updated, and you have complete documents today.
Have a nice day. "

When I asked for the withdraw I asked for it in Bitcoin.
I submitted my wallet address to: payments@casinosupportcenter.com which is where one of the help desk people at Planet 7 told me too.

I have emailed Planet 7 asking about the status of my withdraw and they do not respond.

Maybe they are just slow to respond but I have no reason to believe Planet 7 has any desire to pay me my winnings.

Hi John--

I'm very sorry for the difficulties and confusion you've experienced with this--I can easily explain this to you...

If you look at the screenshot you've provided, you'll see a $700 'Manager Withdrawal.' A Manager Withdrawal occurs when bonus funds are removed from the withdrawal amount. You used a coupon to amass the funds you withdrew (3/19/2018 6:03:59 PM 98330168 Coupon redeemed ESCAPED $300.00). The coupon carried the following terms:

30/60 Playthrough
1x Max Cash Out

In other words, the maximum withdrawal you would be eligible for would be $300 and as such, the Manager removed the $700 from your total withdrawal amount.

I hope this clears things up for you.

I wish you all the best,

Tawni

Okay so Planet 7 gave me $275 of my winnings in Bitcoin.

Here is my problem:

1. There was absolutely NO explanation as to why they did not give me the full $1000 I asked for.

2. If I asked for a $1000 withdraw and they gave me $275, does that mean I lose the other $750?

The $1000 was mine, I won it, if you are not going to give me all my winnings then I would expect to get the remainder back to play with.

Planet7 needs to communicate with Players better. There are a finite number of gamblers and if you piss all of them off I don't see how you can remain in business.
