Withdrawal has been delayed for 10 days

I won $9000 on casino sinners
I gave them the following documents:

Bank statement
Drivers license Front & back
Utility bill
Void cheque
And a second utility bill. Then I was verified. Attached is a screenshot of my verification


I got my first withdrawl of 2000CAD sent to me on the 19th of june 2021.
I attached an email sent to me by casino sinners saying that my second withdrawl will be approved on the 27th, It is now July 6th.

I have been emailing back & fourth with them since the 27th. During the emailing, They requested even more information from me.

My question is, when is casino sinners going to send me the rest of my "Hard earned winnings" as per their terms, and stop the delay tactic. I also understand they have a policy that states I can withdrawl up to 2000CAD a week. Unfortunately they are over a week behind on my second, requesting more and more documentation. I have been verified more than enough.

I got an email yesterday morning stating I would get confirmation on withdrawl within 24 hours. It is been over 24 hours. attached that email as well. I have been waiting since the 27th of June.

If any more information is needed, I will provide.
