Casino is not answering to my emails since May
Dear Askgamblers! I need your help in resolving a problem with Casino Sinners.
On May 31, as requested by the casino, I uploaded the following documents to my account: ID card, Bank statement.
I repeatedly checked with the casino whether my documents were checked and whether the verification of my account was completed. Unfortunately, my messages remained unanswered.
On July 25, I sent a claim to the casino, but it also remained unanswered.
My account balance is 217.5 USD, the casino does not give me the opportunity to receive my funds.
