I requested a withdrawal on 27th of December. Afterwards I was asked to send them documents for verification. The process for verification took round about 4 days. However I was informed that my account is now ready and they can now work on open withdrawal. Today 48hours have passed and my withdrawal is still in pending. I played a lot in different casinos. Never before I have seen such long verification and withdrawal processes. Please check my withdrawal an transfer the money immediately.
