Saturday 9-11 I made my first withdrawal. After sending 4 times the same utility bill my account was verified after about 7-8 days! On the 17th I received a message that my account was complete verified. In the terms stands that pending withdrawals take max 48 hours. We are now over 4 - 5 days later and the withdrawal is still not verified. Every time I mail they say that the Financial Department is working on it and they to their best. I understand that the friendly helpdesk cannot help it but it’s really bizar that a simple verification and withdrawal take more then 12 days now!
