Been playing on Sieger for a while now. First deposit made 31.1.2022 and first withdrawal made 24.3.2022 and many more since. Documents have been checked and they were fine since I've gotten many withdrawals trough from their site. Unfortunately my last withdrawal for 763.6€ has been held "open" since 15.4.2022 which makes it almost a month now. From the chat I've only gotten a response along the lines of "the department is working on it. Wait a couple of days" and I've gotten these messages for 2 weeks now.
What I'm looking for with this complaint is to get some reasoning why my withdrawal has been hold for so long and for the withdrawal to get accepted.
