I made my first withdrawal at the 3th of march. 10th of march my withdrawal was verified. I immediately made a withdrawal (700eu) on the 10th of march. It took a week to approve my withdrawal. They told me that i would receive the money last week because it should take 2-5 days to process.
Last friday i didnt receive anything and they asked me a bank statement as proof which i sent. They told me they will investigate it. But i still didnt receive anything its day 22 today in total.
I dont have any trust anymore. Can you help me???

We have checked your account and the transfer details of your withdrawal and have found that the payment provider has made mistake on our end which caused the payout to not be transferred successfully on the initial attempt. Once noticed we have immediately corrected this and rewired your payout with success on the 4th of April. Please, check in with your bank and confirm if you have received your winnings.
