Slowing down payment process purposely
I played on February 2019 at Casino Sieger. I won 54 713€ after having a gaming session in Dead or Alive slot (Net Ent). After that I decided to withdraw and sent documents asked to verify my account. Verification process was smooth and I asked then how much I can withdraw. They said that I can request a withdrawal worth 5000€ and it will be splitted into two 2500€ withdrawals. They stated that they will pay 2500 € per month paying the first withdrawal 25/2/2019. Howwver, I have never got that sum to my bank account. They said that there is technical problems and asked me to send screenshot from my bank to ensure that money has not come. I sent that but they have always said via live chat that they are investigating the payment. I suspect that they are delaying the payment purposely after looking for similar complaints here in Ask Gamblers and because live chat supporters are giving information that has contradictions with each other.
I claim that Casino Sieger should pay my 2500 € withdrawal immediately and the subsequent 2500€ in time. I also hope that they will pay the whole sum at once if possible.
